Apostle Tracie Hougabook
Overseer of Total Faith Global Ministries

Tracie Yvette Hougabook was born Tracie Yvette Washington in Gainesville, Florida on June 26th, 1962. She is married to Robert Hougabook and the Lord has blessed them with three children during their union (Robert, Richard, and Tabitha). Apostle Hougabook was saved at a very young age. Her desire to know the Lord has always been overwhelming within her. Unknown to her, the Lord had His hand on her and had predestined her life for greatness.

Apostle Hougabook was called as a minister of the gospel in 1990 under the leadership of Bishop Larry Gilyard of Christian Fellowship Church, Inc. in Columbus, GA. During the course of her ministry, the Lord has been her focus and He has anointed her to walk in the footsteps as an amour bearer, intercessor, a choir director, praise & worship leader, a counselor, and a teacher. She will be the first to tell you that her path was established and ordered by God. In 1991, the Lord began to give her wisdom and knowledge in the ministry of deliverance. She was licensed as a minister in August 1993 and ordained as an elder in August 1996. In addition, the Lord called her to do the work of an evangelist in 1995 in which she traveled throughout the south to minister His word.

After receiving a vision and instructions from the Lord in April 1997, He led her to begin having a Women's Conference which was to be called Shekinah Glory Women's Conference. In April 1998, the Lord added more work to her spiritual journey. It was at this time, the Lord would call her higher into the office of a prophet. This was an awesome year in her life. God also desired to birth a church through her. The Lord confirmed this through her pastor and in November of the same year she began pastoring Total Faith Christian Fellowship Church, Inc. God has continued to require her to go higher, give more and to share His heart with His people. It has been said that "To whom much is given, much is required..." and it is with this in mind that she hearkened unto the voice of God in February, 2002 to step into the office that would prove to be a true "walk of her faith" as an apostle.

As the ministry went through a great transformation, the Lord tested her obedience again and called her out from among the covering of Christian Fellowship Church, Inc. He renamed the church which is now, “Total Faith Global Ministries, Inc.” Although she was met with much opposition, she chose to obey the Lord. The manifestation of the anointing upon her life began to manifest more and more. The Lord began to birth prophetic and worship songs through her. Apostle Hougabook has always had a desire to please God. Understanding the call of God on her life has led her to new heights and deeper depths in her pursuit of excellence in the name of the Lord.

Being called to the apostleship in 2000...and stepping into that same call in 2002 has been quite a journey. While it is not hard to walk and live for the Lord...there is always a “Price to Pay”. The Price You Pay is just one of the books she is now writing. She has written training materials for seminars and conferences and also training manuals defining different functions in the church. Apostle Hougabook’s call is to equip others through education, impartation, and activation for the edification of the church. As the Lord promised, churches have come to join in covenant with us. Apostle now oversees several churches and anticipates more to come as she continues to walk in the Lord.

Apostle Hougabook has received another mandate from the Lord, which is to begin a non-profit organization/ministry, The Rock Foundation (Reaching Our Community through Knowledge). The Rock Foundation's mission is to bring our community into an ultimate understanding of reaching their highest potential and not being governed by individual or environmental challenges. Furthermore, enhancing their independence, knowledge, and abilities to be successful. The education needed for this next move of God impelled Apostle to attend Clayton State University to receive a degree in Psychology and Human Services. She will graduate in May 2008 with a Bachelor Degree and is taking the steps to attend Argosy University in Fall 2008 for her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling.

When asked how she would sum up her life thus far...Apostle Hougabook is a woman of few words. But she found it all was best expressed by simply saying, "To GOD be all the glory!!"
