Passionate, articulate, and one of the emerging voices of this generation, Pastor Murrell, a pastor with a global outreach mission, encourages and facilitates growth through the word of God to empower one to achieve greatness in his or her higher purpose. Furthermore, she believes that this can only be done through placing the focus on the “complete individual”—spiritually, educationally, mentally, physically, and technologically. With a mission to “transform the world through the word of God”, the vision of New Beginnings Outreach was formed.
Pastor Murrell has served in ministry for more than 16 years. Prior to her role as pastor she served as Youth Pastor, Youth Outreach Minister, Minister of Music, and in various other ministry of helps roles.
Pastor Murrell served our country in the Armed Forces as a soldier in the Army for more that 7 years. After her estimated time was served she returned to Columbus, Georgia with her family and began to pursue here educational goal. She is currently enrolled in Columbus State University where she is seeking a degree in Administration and Accounting.
She is the proud wife, of First Gentleman, Paul Murrell, Sr., and a devoted mother to three of Gods greatest gifts, Lakeisha, Paul, Jr., and Nakeila. Her family is her greatest asset and encouragement. She says that if God had not given her a husband like Paul, she could not be who she is today. He has allowed her to attempt every dream and goal she has ever had and is delighted that he is her, as well as she is his, biggest fan.
In spite of the awesome anointing on her life, Pastor Murrell believes that we can only be the true men and women of God when we learn to “Reach beyond ourselves” to the hurting world that awaits us. It is only through reaching out to others that our own process of transformation begins and then, like love, it spreads throughout the world.
